  Face-to-Face Services

  • AT ALL TIMES  you must wear a mask or face covering  over your nose  and mouth.
  • PLEASE COME ALONE. If required, only one support person can attend.   Please, no children.
  • DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE if you have fever, cough, respiratory  symptoms, loss of taste/smell, tested positive for COVID-19 (or any other upper  respiratory infection) or had a recent close contact with someone who has.  If so,  please call the office to utilize one our contactless methods of receiving services.
